Our Story

How Paw Pariwar Began

Across the busy sectors of Noida, Mridul and Bhumika were on parallel paths. Separately, they were dedicated to feeding strays and caring for injured animals in their respective neighborhoods, driven by the simple belief that compassion should have no boundaries.

Eventually, their paths crossed through their shared love for animal welfare. They realized that while they were making a difference individually, they could spark a revolution together. They didn't just want to feed animals; they wanted to give them a family.

Joining forces, they established Paw Pariwar—transforming scattered feeding drives into a safe haven at Sorkha Village. Today, this sanctuary stands as a home for the injured, the abandoned, and the forgotten. But to keep this home running, we need your help.

A Safe Haven Needs Support

We have moved from feeding animals on the road to providing a permanent roof, medical care, and daily nutrition. We are a 100% volunteer-run initiative, and for a long time, we managed all expenses out of our own pockets.

However, as our family of rescued cows and dogs grows, so do our operational costs. We are currently facing a critical struggle to meet monthly essentials like rent, fodder (chara), and caretaker salaries. We are asking for your helping hand so we never have to turn an animal away.
